Okay well I thought that we should have a thread like this where we gather all the tips we can about how to make a good freestyle. So please share anything that you know. It will surly be appreciated be me and others  |

1. make it of yoyo combos you NEVER miss and i mean NEVER cause i you try doing something new in your combos you will most likely miss it due to competition jitters
2. technical stuff generally scores higher
3.make it unique and original don't be a copy cat of someone Else's style- make it your own
4.remember prelims become before finals so practice with all kinds of music cause you don't know what your getting in prelims music wise

1. How exactly do prelims work? Its like 1 min to random music?

hmm i guess it depends on the rules cause at some its random and at others not so much. and its best to have some music however you can chose none if you feel so inclined.
